I served with Vic Van Horn at CSS7 in Pearl harbor. At that time he was LTjg. Van Horn. He was one Heck of a
Personnel Officer who took good care of all the sailors that came his way there will never be another like him. It seems like yesterday he had retired I visited him down at Ridgecrest, California. He was so ambitious My condolences go out to his family
